What are the restrictions on external access?

Basically, there are no access restrictions. However, since this is an off-campus network, there are the same restrictions when accessing the on-campus network.

When using multiple devices managed by an instructor, is there a limit to the number of devices that can be connected with one account?

If you are the same user, you only need to apply for one account. If the terminal will be used by multiple people, please apply for each user.
