情報システム利用の誓約書，INFOSS情報倫理教育，個人向け自己点検，コンプライアンス研修

UECアカウントを利用するためには，以下の条件をすべて満たす必要があります．

  1. Submit the Pledge for Using Information System (Each UEC account issue)

  2. Complete INFOSS Information Ethics e-Learning course and pass the examination (Annual)

  3. 情報セキュリティに関する個人向け自己点検 の提出（毎年度）

  4. コンプライアンス研修の受講（毎年度）

条件を満たさない場合は, WebClass と ITC Potal を除き, 学内システムに利用制限 がかかります． 本手順では提出および受講方法を説明します．

Caution

受講・提出の反映状況 \(\Rightarrow\) ITC Portal にログインし UECアカウント基本情報 から確認できます．

なお, 利用制限がかかった場合の制限解除は，条件を満たしたことが確認できた日の翌日以降 になります． 条件の確認は 1 日 1 回程度の頻度で行ないます． 即時反映はされません． 十分にご注意ください．

Caution

  • For students, you will receive your new UEC account at each UEC enrollment (undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral courses), so please be sure to one pledge per account.

  • 研究倫理教育eラーニング（APRIN eラーニングプログラム（CITI Japan））とは異なります．

  • Please DO NOT WITHDRAW from Pledge for Using Information System and INFOSS Information Ethics courses onece you completed them. If you withdraw them, your score will not be included to the successfull participant list and you will be required to retake the courses.

  • 非常勤講師の方は, INFOSS情報倫理教育の受講， 個人向け自己点検提出 は免除されています．また, コンプライアンス研修の受講 は任意です．これらは利用条件に含まれません．

Submission of the pledge for Using the UEC Information Systems

  1. Access WebClass . And then click English and Display Login screen .

  1. Login with you UEC account and enter the following:

  1. Click Add Course at the lower right on the page.

  1. Click 電気通信大学 情報システム利用に関する誓約書 (‘Pledge’) at 情報基盤センター (‘Information Technology Center’) in 全学 (‘General’).

  1. Click Join this Course (The following screen is for the INFOSS; however, a similar procedure will be indicated and displayed for the pledge).

  1. Click 電気通信大学 情報システム利用に関する誓約書 (‘Pledge’) in My Courses as shown in the red area.

  1. Click and review The University of Electro-Communications IT Systems Operations and Administration Procedural Manual (English version) in the 資料 (learning materials).

  1. After reviewing the manual, click 電気通信大学 情報システム利用に関する誓約書の提出 Submitting Pledge for Using the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) Information System in テスト／アンケート (Test/Survey).Please select I agree and click Grade as an answer to the question if you accept all the details.

Completing e-Learning course of INFOSS Information Ethics

  1. WebClass にアクセスし, ログイン画面を表示する をクリックしてください．

  1. Login with you UEC account and enter the following:

  1. If an INFOSS course is NOT shown in My Courses in the lower center on the page, click Add Course in the lower right on the page. If the course appears, go ahead to step 7.

  1. Select 全学 (‘General’) from the pull-down menu (By default Please select is selected). And then click one of the following courses in the next pull-down menu. This guide explains the procedure with 速習版 (‘Speed-learing version’).

  • INFOSS情報倫理 20xx年度版［通常版］

  • INFOSS情報倫理 20xx年度版［ふりがな版］

  • INFOSS情報倫理 20xx年度版［速習版］

  • INFOSS Information Ethics 20xx [English]

  1. Click Join this Course to join the cource.

  1. Ensure that your selected INFOSS course appears in the list of My Courses on the lower center of the page, Then click the INFOSS course.

  1. Study the text in the list of 資料 (course material).

  1. After studying the textbook, take the exam in the list of テスト／アンケート (Exam/Survey).
