Extended AP / Extended Port
Basic Information
The extended AP is a wireless LAN access point (AP) for using networks such as UEC Wireless and Eduroam that are established outside the jurisdiction of the Information Technology Center. Extended ports are connection points (ports) to the campus network that are provided beyond the standard “1 port per room, 2 ports for 2 or more units” provided by the Information Technology Center. Both are maintained at the actual expense of the user.
Applications for extended APs are now closed. Only those who have already applied can apply for new use.
