About Campus e-mail¶

- After changing the password for my UEC account, I can no longer receive emails (IMAP, POP3).
- The email I thought I sent did not reach the recipient. The email that was supposed to be sent has not arrived.
- Sent or received emails, or both, are garbled.
- [SPAM] is added to the title of legitimate emails.
- When configuring Thunderbird automatically, a warning message like Thunderbird is exceptionally trusted… appears.

- When trying to log in to Microsoft Teams with a UEC Microsoft account, the message 「Microsoftアカウントが存在しません。別のアカウントを入力するか、新しいアカウントを作成してください。 (Microsoft account does not exist. Please enter another account or create a new account.)」 is displayed and the login fails.
- Is it possible to reduce the frequency of authentication for UEC cloud accounts and UEC Micorosft accounts?
- Can someone from outside the university register and use Microsoft Teams as a guest user?
- Regarding Microsoft Teams, if a student/faculty/faculty user or Microsoft account is deleted due to termination or retirement, will chat contents and attached files be deleted?
- Can I register a Microsoft account on a Windows PC?
About UEC Disk 2¶
- When I try to log in to UEC Disk2, the message “Integrated Authentication Login Page - Access Denied” is displayed and I cannot access.
- I can’t log out because there is no logout button. How can I log out?
- I can access it from my browser, but when I try to access it from the client application, I get a “Access forbidden, your log-in token is invalid or has expired.” is displayed and I cannot access the site. What should I do?
- If you get the error 「アクセスが禁止されています CSRF check failed」(Access is prohibited) on UEC Disk2
