I don’t know if my INFOSS or pledge has been completed. Where can I find out?

You can check by either of the following methods.

  • Check with ITC Portal. During the grace period of each academic year (approximately from April to June each year)

    Log in to ITC Portal with UEC Account,and you can check your current course status in the account status panel on the upper left.

  • Check with WebClass. always

    Please log in to WebClass with WebClass UEC Account andcheck your INFOSS and Pledge course enrollment status from Course Enrollment Status.

My access was restricted because I did not complete INFOSS or the pledge by the deadline. How can I get the restriction lifted?

During the access restriction period, you can still access WebClass. From WebClass, please follow Submission of the pledge for Using the UEC Information Systems and Completing e-Learning course of INFOSS Information Ethics to submit and complete the course.

In general, the restriction will be lifted at the following time.

The date you completed the course…

  • Business day: During that business day or the next business day

  • Holidays: During the next business day

It may take longer than the standard time depending on the attendance of the staff. We do not respond to requests for immediate cancellation. Please allow enough time to complete the course before the deadline.
