I am using an Android 12 device and cannot access the VPN.

We have confirmed that “L2TP/IPsec VPN settings cannot be added” on devices with Android 12 installed. Since the settings created before the update are functional, we believe that this is due to a limitation in the Android settings screen. The manufacturer is currently working on this issue, so please wait for a while until the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
