Account related procedures for graduation/completion/leaving/retirement¶
procedure¶
If you leave the university due to graduation/completion/withdrawal/retirement, etc., your UEC account/UEC cloud account will be permanently deleted after a specified grace period. Recovery after deletion is not possible. Please back up your data as soon as possible.
Caution
- Those who graduate (Bachelor → PhD first semester, PhD first semester → PhD second semester)
You will be issued another UEC account at your new school. When your new UEC account is issued, be sure to set up your new account according to The First Step Guide of ITC Systems (for Students/Educational and Research Staff) and transfer your data from your old account to your new account. UEC Mail, UEC Wireless, VPN, and other services should also be used with the new account .

Zoom Cloud Recording Data Backup
If you have any cloud recording data left in your Zoom account, please back it up.

Back up emails and files stored in UEC Microsoft account
Warning
Files/folders for which you are the only owner/owner will be deleted or become inaccessible along with your account.
Deleting University-Provided Applications
Uninstall any applications that you used under the university license, such as Microsoft Office, Maple, MATLAB, Xming, etc. You can use them after your graduation or completion of the course only if your Windows OS corresponds to Continuing use of Windows license after graduation/completion.
