Launch Mail, select Mail from the toolbar, and click Add Account.
On the Select your email account provider… screen, check Other email accounts… and click Continue.
Enter the following information on the Add email account screen and click Sign in.
Name:
UEC account name
Mail address:
[UECaccountname]@edu.cc.uec.ac.jp
Password:
UEC account password
Please enter the information listed in Basic Information on the screen that appears. At this point, you will receive a message that says We cannot confirm your account name or password.Just click Sign In.
You will be asked to select the service you want to use, so make sure Mail is checked and click Finish.
もう一度, ツールバー から メール\(\Rightarrow\)設定…
をクリックします.
Click Account and select the account you added earlier.
Click Server Settings to display the mail server settings screen.
Uncheck Automatically manage connection settings for both Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server.
Enter the port numbers listed in Basic Information in Port of Receiving mail server and Outgoing mail server.
Make sure Use TLS/SSL is checked and click Apply to complete the settings.
